Shipping & Returns

S H I P P I N G

All of our fabrics and wallpapers are printed to order in the UK. 

Wallpaper orders will be shipped via DHL, which you will receive tracking information for. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery from placing your order. Please note samples will not be sent via a tracked service.

Fabric orders will be shipped via FedEx, which you will receive tracking information for. Please allow 10 - 15 days for delivery from placing your order. Please note samples will not be sent via a tracked service.

Home accessories will be sent either via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, which you will receive tracking information for. Please allow a week for your order to arrive. 

R E T U R N S

We hope that you will be satisfied with your items, however, if you do wish to make a return you must let us know within 14 days of receipt and items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. Goods must be returned in re sellable condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For wallpaper, this means the cellophane wrap must not be broken. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Fabric orders are not eligible for refunds as they are printed and cut to order.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@henkahome.co.uk with your order number. Please include any relevant images if necessary.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages and issues

Items are packaged appropriately for transit, but we strongly advise inspecting your goods upon delivery. If any items arrive damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours and provide photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
